Quick Start Guide
From Signup to First Campaign in 15 Minutes
This guide walks you through creating your first client workspace and generating a complete campaign plan, content calendar, and SEO strategy.
Step 1: Create Your Account (2 minutes)
Visit ccyfer.in and click "Get Access." Fill in your email and password. You will receive access once your account is approved — if you have an invite code, enter it during signup for instant access.
Step 2: Create Your First Client (3 minutes)
Once inside the dashboard, click "New Client." Fill in:
- Client name — e.g., "Apollo Hospital Mumbai"
- Niche — select from 14+ industries (Healthcare, Real Estate, D2C, etc.)
- Business description — 2-3 sentences about what the client does
- Target audience — who the client wants to reach
- Products/services — what they offer
- Monthly budget — in INR
This information is used by every AI tool automatically.
Step 3: Run the Campaign Planner (4 minutes)
Go to Tools, select Campaign Planner. With your client selected, the form auto-fills with client data. Add:
- Campaign goal (lead generation, brand awareness, sales)
- Platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Start date and duration
Click Generate. The AI produces a complete campaign plan with wave structure, budget allocation, ad sets, execution calendar, and predicted KPIs — all benchmarked against real Indian campaign data.
Step 4: Generate a Content Calendar (3 minutes)
With the campaign plan saved, open the Content Calendar tool. It automatically reads your campaign dates and builds a 30-day calendar that supports the campaign with pre-launch warm-up content and campaign-aligned posts.
Step 5: Create an SEO Plan (3 minutes)
Open the SEO Planner. It uses your audience psychology and campaign themes to generate 30-50 keywords with search intent mapping and a blog publish schedule aligned to your content calendar.
What Just Happened
In 15 minutes, you created a complete marketing strategy with three tools that share context:
- Campaign plan grounds the calendar with launch dates
- Audience psychology informs keyword research
- SEO blog dates appear in the content calendar
This is cross-tool intelligence — every tool builds on the others.
