Content Calendar
What it does
The Content Calendar generates a complete 30-day content plan with daily post ideas, weekly themes, content clusters, funnel stage mapping (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU), and Indian festival/event integration. Every calendar is unique — topic deduplication ensures the same angle is never repeated across months.
Who it is for
Content strategists, social media managers, and agency teams who need structured monthly content plans for clients across multiple industries.
How to use it
Inputs
| Field | Description |
|-------|-------------|
| Brand/Client | Auto-filled from client workspace |
| Niche | Industry category — determines relevant events and benchmarks |
| Platform | Primary content platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) |
| Month | Which month to plan for |
| Goals | Content objectives (awareness, engagement, lead generation) |
| Focus Topics | Optional — specific themes to emphasise |
What the AI generates
Daily Posts — 30 days of content with title, hook, format (reel, carousel, single image, story), caption direction, and hashtag suggestions.
Weekly Themes — 4 weekly themes progressing through the funnel:
- Week 1: TOFU (awareness, education)
- Week 2: MOFU (consideration, social proof)
- Week 3: BOFU (conversion, offers)
- Week 4: Mixed with engagement and community content
Content Clusters — Groups of 3-4 related posts that reinforce the same message across different formats throughout the month.
Event Integration — Automatically includes relevant events from a 433+ event database covering Indian festivals (Diwali, Holi, Navratri, Eid, Pongal), health awareness days, industry-specific events, and national observances.
Cross-Tool Intelligence
When a campaign plan exists for the same client, the calendar automatically:
- Enforces a 30/70 split — max 40% campaign content, min 60% non-campaign
- Places campaign posts strategically: teasers before launch, support during, recall after
- Ensures non-campaign content pillars are maintained every week (education, engagement, brand, seasonal)
- Never runs 3 consecutive campaign posts
- Keeps non-campaign products visible even when campaigns focus on specific products
- Treats SEO blog promotion as separate from campaign allocation
When an SEO plan exists, blog publish dates are integrated into the calendar with promotion posts on the scheduled publish day.
When audience psychology exists, post hooks are tailored to the audience's pain points, desires, and objections.
Intelligence-First Loading
Before the calendar generates, the Intelligence Orchestrator automatically:
- Checks for Audience Mindset — generates it if missing
- Loads Campaign Plan data — builds allocation rules from it
- Loads SEO Plan — integrates blog dates
- Loads Content Gap analysis — fills untapped topic opportunities
- Loads industry benchmarks — optimises posting days and formats
You see this as the Intelligence Progress panel above the tool.
Topic Deduplication
Every calendar generation saves the topics and angles used to the client's topic history. The next month's calendar automatically avoids repeating the same hooks. Products can repeat (they are always relevant) but each specific angle on them appears only once.
Tips
- Fill in 3-5 focus topics for more targeted content instead of generic posts
- Run the Audience Mindset tool first — psychology-informed hooks perform significantly better
- Use the Post Scheduler on the client overview page to prepare each post with images, captions, and analysis
