Managing Clients
What is a client workspace?
Every client in Ccyfer gets their own isolated workspace — a dedicated space containing their profile, saved tool outputs, content calendar events, connected integrations, and AI-generated intelligence. When you select a client and run any tool, the AI automatically uses that client's context.
Creating a client
From the Dashboard, click "New Client" and fill in:
- Name — the client or brand name
- Niche — industry category (determines which benchmarks are used)
- Business description — 2-3 sentences used in every AI prompt
- Target audience — who the client wants to reach
- Products/services — what they offer
- Budget — monthly marketing budget in INR
Saved outputs
Every tool output can be saved to the client workspace. Outputs are versioned — you can save V1, V2, V3 of a campaign plan and switch between them. Each version stores the full output data and the form state used to generate it.
Content calendar
Each client has a visual calendar showing all events: scheduled content posts, campaign launch dates, SEO blog publish dates, and review milestones. Events are auto-created when you generate campaign plans, content calendars, or SEO plans.
Cross-tool intelligence
When you run a tool with a client selected, the AI checks for existing outputs from other tools. A content calendar benefits from a saved campaign plan. An SEO plan benefits from saved audience psychology. This happens automatically — no manual configuration needed.
