Saving & Versioning Outputs

How output saving works

Every AI tool output can be saved to the active client's workspace. Outputs are automatically versioned — if you save a second campaign plan, it becomes V2 while V1 is preserved.

Saving outputs

After generating any tool output, click "Save to Workspace" or use the auto-save feature. The output is stored with:

• The full AI-generated data
• The form inputs used to generate it
• A version number (V1, V2, V3...)
• A timestamp
• An optional label you can customise

Version management

From the client workspace or the output history page, you can:

• View any saved version in its native format
• Switch between versions
• Compare different versions of the same output type
• Delete unwanted versions

Cross-tool access

Saved outputs are automatically available to other tools. When you generate a content calendar, the AI checks for a saved campaign plan and audience mindset for the same client. This cross-tool intelligence works only with saved outputs — unsaved generations do not carry over.
