How data deletion works

Submit request

Complete and submit the form below. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Verification

We verify your identity by sending a verification link to your registered email address.

Processing

Once verified, we begin deletion. Most requests are completed within 14 days, no later than 30 days.

Confirmation

You receive a written confirmation when deletion is complete, including what was deleted and what was retained.

What we are legally required to retain

• Billing and payment records for 7 years (Indian Income Tax Act requirement)

• Records necessary to comply with ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory enquiries

• Aggregated, anonymised analytics data that cannot be linked back to you

All other data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your verified request.
